Through the Ally Toolbar, AudioEye makes available the Help Desk utility, a reliable and trusted resource that allows site visitors to report accessibility related issues before they get escalated to law firms or advocacy groups that may take action on the end-users behalf. How Help Desk works:
- Reported issues are validated and shared with SPS
- AudioEye Customers may opt to allow AudioEye to communicate directly with Site Visitors OR may opt to take instruction from AudioEye engineers for communicating back to Site Visitors.
- Reported issues unrelated to accessibility/usability to be sent to Customer Project Manager or designated individual(s) as instructed fromthe Customer
- Spam submissions to be deleted or ignored by AudioEye
