Given the current litigious environment, if you are an AudioEye Managed or Enterprise customer and your company is in receipt of a legal demand letter, we have procedures in place to assist you. The first step is to inform your legal counsel. AudioEye Managed customers may request a Sustainable Testing & Remediation (STAR) Plan by filling out and submitting the STAR Plan Request Form made available from their User Dashboard.
Once provided, the STAR Plan is an effective document for sending Claimant(s)/Plaintiff(s), informing them about the steps being taken and the process being fulfilled in connection with the proactive and multifaceted digital inclusion strategy being taken in connection with the AudioEye Managed or Enterprise solution. If not already deployed, you may choose to deploy the Accessibility Statement as made available from the User Dashboard. The Accessibility Statement is a public-facing message to inform users about the steps taken and the process being fulfilled in connection with the AudioEye solution. Managed and Enterprise customers may also share the Certification Statement as made available from the AudioEye Toolbar, which attests to AudioEye's Trusted Certification and the perpetual process underway to ensure an optimal user experience for all site visitors, regardless of their individual abilities.
